Reservations
We recommend that Thai Life Spa guests make advance Reservations for all Spa services to avoid possible disappointment. Last booking at 06.00 p.m. Reservation can be made by: Phone 081-812-0388, by e-mail or at spa reception

Time of Arrival
Please arrange to arrive at Thai Life Spa 15 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrival may shorten your treatment time in view of the following scheduled guest.

Cancellations
Please note that cancellation within 3 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee at 50% of the cost of treatment. No shows will incur a 100% charge.

Refunds
All treatment packages, course or products are non refundable exchange or transferable

Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and consumption of alcohol within spa is strictly prohibited.

Medical Concerns / SPA Consultation form
Guests that are pregnant, have allergies, recent surgery, physical ailments. Or any medical concerns, should refrain from using Spa service. All guests are requested to kindly fill in the Spa consultation form.

Payment / Membership / Promotion Campaign
Thai Life Spa accepts cash and all major credit cards. Prices are subjected to change without prior notice. If you are interested in our membership and promotion package, kindly ask at our Spa Reception.
